By placing an order in the various ways provided, the customer fully accepts the General Conditions and Payment that follow.

Only the products shown on the site can be purchased, as described in the relevant information, except for unavailability of stock. The image of the product may not be fully representative of its features, but may differ in color, size, etc.

2. Registration

2.1 Registration for incastroworld.com.is free. To purchase on our site you must register, the user must complete the registration form at www.incastroworld.com.
2.2 Registration is allowed only to consumer users, or natural persons, who have reached the age of majority and access the service for purposes not related to the commercial, entrepreneurial or professional activity carried out.

2.3 Each user can make a single registration. Multiple registrations will be canceled.

2.4 The user guarantees that the information provided during the registration process is complete, correct and true. The user agrees to keep s.r.l. harmless from any indemnity, sanction arising and in any way related to the user's violation of the registration rules. 2.6 INCASTRO S.r.l. reserves the right to refuse, at its sole discretion, the registration of a user on the site. INCASTRO S.r.l. reserves the right not to accept orders from anyone coming, which are abnormal in relation to the quantity of products purchased or to the frequency of purchases made on the Site, as well as in relation to improper use or suspect of gift vouchers.

3. Terms and Conditions of Purchase

3.2 All prices shown on incastrodesign.com are expressed in Euro (€) or in US Dollars ($) and are to be considered inclusive of VAT (22%). Shipping costs are explicitly indicated for each product before purchase and are also to be considered inclusive of VAT (22%).

3.3 INCASTRO S.r.l. reserves the right to refuse orders from users who do not give sufficient guarantees of solvency or with whom there are pending disputes.

3.4 Product prices may be subject to updates. The user is required to make sure of the final sales price before completing the purchase using the relevant order form.

4. Right of Withdrawal

4.1 The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract stipulated in terms of the present general conditions, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within ten (10) working days from the day of receipt of the goods by the buyer, pursuant to of articles 64 and ss. of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 22.07.2005 n. 206). 4.2. The buyer who wishes to make use of the right of withdrawal is obliged to return the goods by shipping the same within a period not exceeding ten (10) days from the date of receipt. The costs and risks associated with the return of the products will be borne by the buyer, who will have to send them safely with the necessary guarantees so that the products arrive in perfect condition. The only costs payable by the purchaser for exercising the right of withdrawal pursuant to this article are the shipping costs of the goods to the seller.

4.3. The return will not take place under any circumstances if the products supplied have clearly been used. The products must be returned with the appropriate protections, in their original packaging, in perfect condition (not damaged or soiled), with all the accessories, instructions and any documentation.

5. Refunds

5.1 The refund, following the exercise of the right of withdrawal, will be activated by the Seller in the shortest possible time and in any case within thirty (30) days from the date on which the Seller became aware of the exercise of the withdrawal subject to verification of its correct execution and acceptance of returned products.

6. Guarantee of product conformity

6.1 Product descriptions offered by INCASTRO S.r.l. as well as his photographs and his films, they are published as a guide, as are all the trade names, brands or distinctive symbols of any kind contained in the pages of the site.

6.2 Pursuant to Articles 128 - 135 of the Consumer Code, every product bearing manufacturing defects has the same conditions provided for by the legislation on the right of withdrawal.

7. Payments

7.1 The balance of purchases is made by one of the methods indicated in the order form (such as PayPal, credit card or prepaid card). It is also possible to pay by bank transfer. In the latter case, after adding the products to the cart, send an e-mail to info @ incastrowolrd.com for further instructions.

7.2 For greater security, only our payment service provider has access to the data of the card used for payment, while incastrowolrd.com has no possibility of knowing or storing such data.

7.3 In the event that the payment is refused, the order will be automatically canceled.

8. Shipping

8.1 The products for which the order was accepted by the seller will be delivered to the address indicated by the buyer in the purchase order, on average courier.

8.2 By adding the products in the cart, the amount of the shipment will be automatically calculated based on the place of destination and the weight of the products purchased.

8.3 Unless explicitly stated, the shipment will be made by the courier Bartolini. Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the customer must check that the packaging is intact, not damaged, neither wet nor otherwise altered, even in the closing materials. 9. Responsibility

9.1 INCASTRO S.r.l. it is not responsible in case of damages, of any nature, deriving from the installation and / or use of the product in an improper way and / or not in accordance with the instructions provided by the manufacturer as well as in case of damage resulting from unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure.

9.2 INCASTRO S.r.l. will not be liable in the event of loss of revenues, profits, data or any other indirect damage of any nature arising from or in any way connected to the contracts subject to the General Conditions.

9.3 The liability of INCASTRO Srl, in any case, cannot exceed the total value of the purchase order.

10 Suspension of the Service

10.1 INCASTRO S.r.l. reserves the right to temporarily suspend, without any prior notification, the provision of the Services for the time strictly necessary for the necessary and / or appropriate technical interventions to improve the quality of the Services themselves.

10.2 INCASTRO S.r.l. may, at any time, interrupt the provision of the Service if there are justified reasons of security or violations of confidentiality, giving in this case communication to the user.

11 Applicable laws

The General Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law and in particular by the legislative decree 6 September 2005 n. 206, on the consumer code, with specific reference to the legislation on distance contracts and by the legislative decree 9th April 2003 n. 70 on certain aspects concerning electronic commerce.

The products in this section are all derived from trade fairs. They are intact products reviewed and reconditioned in their fundamental characteristics. They are not new but can be considered as new with only one use in the exhibition.
